If you provide your mobile number, you may receive automated SMS reminders about your ticket deadlines. Message frequency varies based on your notices and their deadlines.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Your number is used only to deliver the reminders you signed up for, through our messaging provider.

Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and reply HELP for help. Opting out of SMS does not delete your account or stop email reminders.

We share information only with the service providers that operate the app on our behalf (for example, hosting, email delivery, and our SMS provider), and only as needed to run the service, or when required by law.

We do not sell your personal information.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, and retain it for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.

You can review and update your name, email and phone number, and opt out of SMS at any time. To close your account or request deletion of your data, contact us at the address below.
